What should I do to make my face (skin) tight ?
I mean, I've a chubby face, and my skin is little lose and the blood vessels are visible when I stretch my face a bit want to make it tight and smooth. Any home-made remedies would be Ok too.

To tighten skin and make it smooth, and maintain skin's youthfulness and health there is no safer, quicker acting treatment than specialized thorough massaging with essential oils.
If face muscles, like any muscles, are not exercised/conditioned they weaken with age, resulting in loss of skin tightness and elasticity. That leads to sagging and in turn wrinkles and lines.
To avoid skin pulling first tighten face by opening mouth 3/4"and pulling lips firmly back against teeth. Massage quite vigorously with a forward and back motion (not circular) using tips and front fingers and sometimes palms. Doing this exercises face muscles whilst skin is being firmed and smoothed. In first few days skin will visibly tighten, will be smoother, firmer and look revitalized.
